Cancellation Policy: Please keep in mind that tutors plan their entire day around their tutoring appointments, and refuse those times to other students in need of tutoring, so last-minute cancellations and changes are a major cause for concern. Please respect the valuable time of our tutors, whose personal and family lives depend upon their tutoring schedules. Gradeful reserves the right to charge the full tutoring fee to any student cancelling/postponing his/her tutoring session within 24 hours of the scheduled time. We make every effort to be understanding of unavoidable circumstances, but our decisions regarding whether to charge a cancellation fee are made based on the tutor’s discernment regarding the validity of cancellation/postponement reasons or the occurrence of repetitive cancellations. Filling out this registration form and checking this box is an agreement with the above cancellation policy.
