We provide SAT tutoring, coaching, and educational resources. Results are not guaranteed.

2. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide accurate information

- Not share or distribute proprietary materials without permission

3. Payments & Refunds

- All fees are clearly communicated prior to purchase

- Payments are due as agreed (e.g., upfront, subscription, or package-based)

- Refund policies: No refunds unless otherwise stipulated in your tutoring agreemeent

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

- Sessions may be scheduled in advance

- Cancellations within [24 hours] may be forfeited

5. Intellectual Property

All materials (study plans, content, videos, worksheets) are owned by Gradeful Test Prep/SAT Blueprint and may not be copied or distributed.

6. Communication

We may communicate via email, text, or third-party apps (e.g., Discord). You consent to these communications when using our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

- Test score outcomes

- College admissions decisions

- Indirect or consequential damages

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

- Terms are violated

- Behavior is inappropriate or disruptive

9. Third-Party Tools

We may use platforms like OnePrep, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, or College Board materials. We are not responsible for their performance or policies.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
